  Problem resolved. It was a bit of a hassle, but they did issue a credit in consideration of the amount of tries it took to fix it. The final attempt was offered after I said I was having another company come out to fix it. they made it right and I am now satisfied with the results. BEWARE!!! My back splash looks like crap! The installers were goof off kids and had no idea what they were doing. They tried 4 different times until they finally sent out their "top guy." He was able to make it look better, but it still wasn't right. After the last try, they just gave up and said they would credit me back for the back splash. They also refused to repair the walls they damaged during the 5 attempts!! If I had the time, I would take them to small claims court for the whole amount and make them take everything back. Do not trust them!!! What am I supposed to do with a crappy looking back splash??? I will be consulting another company to try to repair their work. Thankfully, I have not paid Crown the balance yet!!

  I own a remodeling company in Cuyahoga Falls. I have used Crown Granite for all of my countertop needs for over 5 years. They are a fantastic company, with excellent customer service. Aubrey, Becky, and Mike are some of the most friendly and accomodating customer service people in the construction and remodeling business. I trust that everytime I send my valued clients to Crown that they will be treated with great care and respect.
