  Sound & Vision has a great reputation for quality, service, and delivering outstanding electronics and home automation equipment. The staff at Sound & Vision is second to none. They have survived and taken market share from their competitors for a reason. It's refreshing to know Sound & Vision is there if you need them. I'm also a big fan of their American Leather Furniture Gallery on Howe Avenue. It's a great place to pick out some quality furnishings and check out some home theater equipment at the same time. They also have outdoor TV's and rock speakers that rock! I highly recommend Sound & Vision especially if you are building a new home and you would like to pre-wire for home automation/theater equipment/distributed audio/security etc... They really know their stuff.

  Called to get qoute on a job. Jeff, not the owner, insistently whined that they dont want to qoute a price if I already got a qoute from someone else, saying that they are not the cheapest, and didnt want to waste time if they were not going to get the job. Which also shows that their service sorely lacks in professionalism. Dont bother calling them. They dont like to compete! They dont need your pittance $20,000 worth of business That is the WORST excuse I have heard
